Dry Rub for Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c brown sugar, packed
  • 2 T Gebhardt Chili Powder (or substitute your favorite brand)
  • 2 t ancho chile powder
  • 1 t chipotle chile powder
  • 2 T smoked paprika
  • 1 T sweet paprika
  • 1 T kosher salt
  • 1 t granulated onion
  • 1 t granulated garlic
  • 1/2 t ground pepper
  • 1/2 t ground mustard

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and whisk together until well blended.
  2. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

Recipe Yield:  1 cup, approximately 4 full racks of ribs
