Pecan Pie XXX

Ingredients
1/2 c white sugar (100g)
1/4 c butter, 1/2 stick (softened) (57g)
1 c light corn syrup (312g)
1/4 t salt
1 heaping t vanilla extract (5g)
3 eggs
1 - 1 1/4 c pecans, either chopped or whole (125g)
1 9" prepared pie crust
Note -
If you are using frozen pie crust mix as explained in
Pie Crust
use 2 cups (300g) of the mix with several tablespoons of water.
